James Rayford Talley, NFP is a nonprofit organization that provides services and programs to meet the growing needs of youth and families  in our communities.

The organization provides counseling, individual and group therapy, school-based life-skill development, behavioral health for early interventions for adolescents and families, and evidence based programs.

The Mission of the organization is to keep the Legacy of James Rayford Talley alive with the commitment to empower communities and youth endeavors.

VERNETTA WILLIAMS, CEO

Vernetta Williams is the CEO of James Rayford Talley, NFP.  She has served the Chicagoland communities throughout the years. 

​

She is  currently a Licensed Professional Counselor from the State of Illinois.  She is also a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor. 

​

Vernetta believes that it is important to support the underserved youth and communities.

​

She earned her Master of Arts in Counseling Psychological from National-Louis University, a Master of Arts in Organizational Psychology from National-Louis University, and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Kendall College.
